Kirk Fox is a comedian, actor, writer, and producer known for his signature deadpan delivery and unforgettable on-screen characters. He played "Sewage Joe" on NBC's Parks and Recreation and starred in the Emmy-nominated series Jury Duty and Reservation Dogs. He also appeared in Season 1 and 2 of Netflix's Bad Thoughts. Fox recently authored his first book, Palmdale, a crime-noir novel. His Showtime comedy special, That Guy, was one of the network's highest-rated hours, and this fall, he can be seen in Season 2 of The Lowdown with Ethan Hawke.
